I JUST GOT MY IMPLANTS REMOVED, AM I ABLE TO JOIN?

Is it recommended to wait three months after removing your implants before attending a RECLAIM retreat. We will be doing breast scar techniques, lymphatic movements, yoga and other activities, and we want you to take full advantage of all the healing activities! If you are close to the 3-month mark and feel you’ve healed quickly, please email us at Hello@ExplantRetreat.Com to discuss if the retreat timing works for you.

I EXPLANTED YEARS AGO, CAN I STILL COME?

YES!! Whether you've explanted three months or ten years ago, you can still receive huge benefits during this retreat! Kendra has developed transformational breast scar techniques through her decade of clinical practice. She has also observed massive leaps in the woman's physical, mental and emotional well-being regardless of how long ago her breast implant surgery was.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME?

Prepare your luggage for a tropical getaway! Be sure to include layers: days will be hot and evenings can cool off. Sunscreen + hat to protect from the sun. Usually doesn't rain much in April. Comfy clothing you can move in, think Lululemon. A few outfits &/or jewellery you’d like to wear for your Divine Feminine Embodiment Photoshoot. If you have your implants you may want to consider to bring them to utilize in your shoot

WHAT'S THE WEATHER + TEMPERATURE LIKE IN APRIL?

The average temperature in Nosara in April for a typical day ranges from a high of 92°F (33°C) to a low of 79°F (26°C). Some would describe it as very warm with a gentle breeze. It can rain sometimes during the day or evening usually for a short spurt of time.

HOW DO I GET THERE?

Transportation can be arranged to and from the airport at an additional cost. You can consider renting a car if you'd like to be more mobile or have other travel plans before or after the retreat. Transport can be discussed in more detail during your onboarding video call that all RECLAIM registrants receive as part of their package.

WHAT IS THE AIRPORT I FLY INTO?

You will fly into Guanacaste Airport in Liberia, Costa Rica (LIR is the airport code)

WHAT KIND OF MEALS WILL BE OFFERED?

During a healing journey, it's important to eat high-quality, nourishing, organic, freshly prepared meals, and that is what we will be offering during our RECLAIM retreats. There will be vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free and meat options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All meals at Casa Karma will be curated and served by our RECLAIM Chef. We will also enjoy two dinners at famous Nosara restaurants, these two dinners are not included in the retreat cost and are extra.

WILL THERE BE TIME FOR REST AND RELAXATION?

Restore, Rejuvenate and Realign will be the focal point during the retreat. There will be ample time for relaxation. Suppose during those times you want to be a bit more adventurous. In that case, there will be a concierge service offering options for those looking to explore, but it is important that restorative health and healing are a priority!

CAN I BOOK WITH A FRIEND?

If you have a friend who has also explanted, invite her along! The transformational journey is much deeper and richer when we have community and connection. We have a Friends Shared Room or choose a Private Room or Private Room + Ensuite Look At Room Options Here

IS SURFING INCLUDED?

Surfing is being offered as an extra excursion and can be arranged at an additional cost. Because each woman attending will be at a different stage of her healing journey, some women may not be able to lay on their chest and therefore they will not be able to surf. We did not want to exclude anyone from the retreat sessions curated for each of you!

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND OR NEED TO CANCEL?

We understand that things come up in life and don't always flow the way we want them to. Before March 6, 2023 you are eligible for a full refund. On March 6, 2023 or thereafter all bookings are final.
